The guy that came out was very helpful and did a great job in a short time. The job even ended up being cheaper than quoted! 10/10 will recommend!
Charles was here twice for a complex clog issue and he was extremely courteous and helpful. Not everything came out the first time but it was still under warranty and he was able to get it worked out the second time. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to have quality service done.
I literally just got home from the hospital and had an issue with my kitchen sink leaking. I immediately called Grand Oaks Plumbing and Drain and Patrick came out right away to check it out and they were able to repair it onsite, the same day. The communication and customer service was stellar. Combine that with the reasonable price and I would recommend Grand Oaks Plumbing and Drain to anyone for their plumbing needs.
This company deserves the 5 star rating they enjoy on here. Kevin was awesome in every facet. I would recommend this company to anyone with plumbing needs. He did a repair and a toilet install for me. He came when he said he would and worked very quickly. Support this company and local business.
We've been using Grand Oaks Plumbing and Drain for a few years now, we've had several projects with them and was very happy each time. Patrick was here this most recent time when we had a leak in the wall and he was very professional and quite personable and again happy with the results. It was a Saturday, I called and left a message at 7:00 a.m. and right before 8:00 they called back and I set up an appointment for the same day. I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing help.
